The time is almost here for us to participate in the sublime Holy Supper in Dallas. This event is a spiritual one, one that requires comprehension. We each have the obligation of knowing how we will present ourselves in front of the Lord at his spiritual banquet.
Brother Aminidab brought up four points:
1) A thorough comprehension and understanding of what the Holy Supper is.
2) A self-examination of our current spiritual life.
3) An honest presentation of ourselves in front of God
4) Daily consecration
If we participate with a sincere heart and clear mind, we will receive the blessings that come along with it. This event is the grandest of all. It's not because of the place or because of the multitude of people that arrive to participate. The magnitude of a party depends on who the guest of honor is. In our case, it's Jesus Christ; there is no better or grander guest than him. It’s up to us to take full advantage of the blessings of the Holy Supper. We need to understand, prepare, and participate, not only once a year, but every day.
