The church of Jesus Christ has always been advised by the spirit of the Lord as to how we should live as a united family in the path of God. On Sunday, brother Aminadab, inspired by the Spirit of God, compared the spiritual family as a body where every member has an indispensable function. (1 Corinthians 12:12)
The spiritual unity that is formed in the body of Christ should also be portrayed and used as an ideal model for the material families who serve God. Each member of the household should be respected and therefore honor their relative. In the relationship between husband and wide, there should also exist the deference that is mentioned in 1 Corinthians 11:11-Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. But everything comes from God.
As for the children in the household the Spirit of God advised that we shall remain obedient to our parents, in the Lord, for this will bring prosperity in life as was promised by God.
The order established by God, in which a family should conduct itself is after all perfect. It will remain the same even though the world may change and corrupt God's law, but we shall always carry out his mandate and surely we will prosper.
